I ordered these for my husband and son-in-law after searching for a good serviceable and durable glove and these had the best customer reviews. My son-in-law is moving flagstone, brush, cacti and heavy stones on his new property and he told me the gloves are durable and strong, he loves them! My husband has worn them while digging a trench in our yard and loves them too! Thank you for a great glove!,

These gloves are in a class by themselves, I retired from the Timber industry where I handled steel cable and these gloves saved my hands many times over, they are protective yet pliable enough to do more precise work such as gassing up a saw and changing a chain keeping your hands protected. As for value for their price, yes they are on the expensive side, but they aren't one time use gloves either. Now that I'm retired a dozen pair should last 3 to 6 years, depending on my level of activity.

XL size in these gloves fit more like a Large. I wear XL in almost all gloves and these were too small so gifted them to my dad.

These were recommended by a guy who has worked in many trades for over 40 years, and he DID NOT steer me wrong. They are comfortable, a pleasure to wear, and there is no telling how long the first pair will last. I thought the only reasonable choice for work gloves was leather, and I was completely wrong. AND - it sure is nice to see these are Union made, in the U.S.A.
