Lightly used Electric fence charger/controller.    We had two goats for a short period of time and this was used for them.    Maybe a grand total of 4 months.   The electric fence tester in the picture IS included with the sale and and also shows/proves the charger works perfectly(unit is rated for 1.2 kilovolts and the tester in picture reads between 1 kilovolt and 2.5 kilovolts).  Unit is boxed up and ready for shipment to minimize any delay in shipment after cleared payment.

As for shipping, cost shown is the exact price I will be charged by to print your label and ship to your address - no excess handling fees or other hidden weirdness.
