We purchased this used for the short 1 month interim of waiting for a new ceiling lift for our son. Works. Comes with everything pictured, including motor, manual, power cord, hand control, lift charger, attached hangar bar, and sling. I do have 10 feet of ceiling track at no charge if picking up (will not ship that). Weight of lift motor 17 pounds. Safe lifting load 485 pounds. See photos for details and specs. Retails for $3500.
