Brokenness may be understated at 5. 

Linksys XP drivers don’t find a device on Debian 3.1 with Linuxant’s DriverLoader. With ndiswrapper alone, they lock up the system during boot. This device is selling for $4.95 after rebates at CompUSA but that’s no bargain if it never works.
