Hardware That Doesn't Work with Linux

Manufacturer: IPEVO

Model number: POV

Chipset:

PCI id:

Reason (no specs from manufacturer, really new hardware, etc): Functionality (from 0 to 100% of full functionality): Email from the manufacturer 2010-01-20 stating 'The PoV requires its proprietary driver to be installed before usage and we do not plan to build a Linux version nor disclose its internal structure due to our limited capability to support unusual usages. The P2V, the successor of PoV, uses the standard UVC driver therefore works in Linux, Mac, and Windows alike.'
